LTC @ Home is a program where DuBois Drug & Wellness provides long-term care pharmacy services to patients still living at home.  LTC @ Home helps patients manage their medications through a variety of services.  DuBois Drug & Wellness has been providing services such as these for over 15 years.  Our experience will provide you or your loved one with the best possible LTC @ Home experience.  The program offers the following services.

• Special compliance medication packaging through use of the Dispill packaging system. (Patients can opt out of medication packaging if they desire.)
• Free delivery or mailing of your medications on a schedule so you are never without your medications.
• Communications with your doctors to manage medication refills and ensure that therapy is not interrupted. 
• Documentation of your medications allowing doctors and hospitals quick and easy access to your medication list.
• After hours pharmacist on call service to answer general medication questions even when we are not open.
• Access to our $3.00 generic OTC program.
• Interest free monthly billing accounts which help you manage your finances.
• Free diabetic testing supply program. 
• Access to infusion therapy. 
• Pharmacist consultation services are also available at no cost to discuss your medications and answer any questions you may have.
